10th Anniversary: The Costume Rooms

 The big two-zero! Since 13th of May 2026, we have gone through 3 months! To know what clothing really fits your avatar, in Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, Fall Guys and Stumble Guys, read this preview! (If you wanna read the actual costume rooms, go to the "Edition 10" one.)


ROBLOX

If you have a noob avatar, do not instantly spend. This is why:

#1: Roblox does this on purpose so kids buy robux

#2: Since Roblox is free-to-play, they depend entirely on your robux spendings

#3: Every single game on Roblox has offers to pay by robux (e.g. gamepasses). Sometimes they can have negative views, like Troll Slaps in certain games. There, you are forced to pay robux (simply leave)

#4: Roblox's marketplace is like doomscrolling.

#5: Roblox Kids is an option, but many stick to the classic as Kids restricts many popular games (like steal a brainrot or blox fruits)

#6: Many people on roblox keep the Noob Avatar as a sign of a "new player"

MINECRAFT

#1: Since Minecraft itself costs around £30, it does not need you to buy MineCoins. Minecraft has lots of beginner outfits, unlike Roblox, which has very few.

#2: A study shows that around 94% of people who quit Minecraft transition to either Roblox or Fortnite.

#3: Generally good blocky avatars compared to the meme-ish and screen-glitching Roblox Avatars or Fortnite Avatars.

FORTNITE

#1: More starter outfits than Minecraft.

#2: Does not pressurise you to buy VBucks because the game costs money like Minecraft.

#3: A very popular Shooter compared to the Realistic Minecraft and Player-created Roblox.

#4: Prices for VBucks are more than MineCoins and Robux.

FALL GUYS

#1: A great costume style, with numerous colours.

#2: Loads of starter outfits.

#3: Does not pressurise you to buy stuff like The Fame Pass (which has very good value) or costumes that cost ShowBucks.

#4: A Multiplayer Battle Royale that is good for all ages (like Minecraft).

#5. Costumes come daily.

STUMBLE GUYS

#1: In terms of characters, Stumble Guys is very similar to Fall Guys.

#2: Stumble Guys is available in every mobile/tablet, compared to the strict EU Fall Guys Mobile.

#3: You can friend people who are abroad and invite them to parties (5 minimum)

#4: Considered more simpler than othe MBRs, although they function the same way.

#4: Currency is real cash and you unlock avatars.

The Best out of all = Fall Guys (+1 million points)

Well done, Fall Guys, like seriously! What an achievement!!

Partial Solar Eclipse UK: 12 August 2026: 7:12pm

The Partial Solar Eclipse which caused a blackout in Spain covered around 90-92% of the sky in blackness in Milton Keynes. It looked a bit dark blue, but not navy. Special glasses were worn to see the red moon in front of the sun. There were only 50 glasses. You could (and should) not look at the Sun or you would be very blind. The Retina in your eyes has no pain receptors, so if you have looked at the sun you will not feel it. It finished after 3 minutes. The next one will be at 2050. The next full eclipse will be at 2090, the last being at 1999. |I went to Open University at 6:00pm to see it. We waited for 72 minutes to see the Solar Eclipse. Before it, we managed to see the sun through a solar telescope after waiting in the queue. We were allowed to go there to see it because my dad goes there for badminton and met his club mates. The Costume Rooms: Edition 9: 10 August 2026

 In every edition of the Costume Rooms, there are costumes in games and board games. ROBLOX In ROBLOX, the winners are the Kraken, Bloop and Shellator, all part of the Oceanic Myths Theme. FALL GUYS  In Fall Guys, the costumes are the Peel, skinned, and Scubaqua, all part of the Coastal Theme. CHESS Knight Month has ended! This August, it will be the Bishop Month. A zigzag away from perfection!  The next edition of the Costume Rooms will come between 17th and 24th August 2026.

 In every edition of Costume Rooms, there are different costumes in games and board games. ROBLOX The costumes in Roblox are Deer, Owl and Yeti, all part of Arctic Theme and Nights Theme. FALL GUYS This time it is the Snorkeller, Grapefruit, and Citronella, all part of i Need Food Theme. Criminal Capybaras

In a giant house in Las Vegas, the Capybara Criminals were coming up with no good... The Capybaras were known as "The Capybara Cops". However, innocents were arrested, and the true thieves succeeded in their heists. The "Bank Rank" was made by the leader of the Capybara Mafia, Capy, who came up with the idea of a "Bank View" once a year. It was the opportunity for numerous steals. The General agreed, saying it would be "Easy to catch outlaws". But Capy was very clever - while he was in a meeting with Duke of Notting hill, a taser gun was shot at him. The guards blamed the Duke, as he was holding a Nerf Rifle in a swimming pool with General Garry. This General sank rapidly, thus causing the death of the Duke. And for extra precautions, the desperately breathing Duke was jumped on by the General's friend, making the Noble sink.  Capy told his criminal masterminds about this. Were they pleased.
